Ale is a Professional Sommelier graduated in Italy at AIS (Italian Association of Sommeliers).
She has dramatically changed her life in the last few years, switching from a Diplomatic career to becoming a celebrity sommelier and "W S Expert" in New York City.
Beyond writing about wine for the most pregious Italian publications, having successful "W S" events and consulting about wine, she also conducts a series of educational wine tastings at the Rizzoli Book Store in Manhattan.
